QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python and Selenium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, building and maintaining robust automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software releases. Experience with AI-based testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
• Build and maintain efficient and scalable automation frameworks.
• Perform REST API testing and integrate testing processes within CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure smooth and timely software releases.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI/ML-powered automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and working with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in REST API testing and integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, quality-focused attitude.
• Educational qualification such as BSc or BTech in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-powered automation tools.
• Additional certifications or training in QA Automation.
• Exposure to performance and load testing methodologies.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA Automation with a strong background in Python and Selenium.
