We currently operate 30+ retail stores across the state, expanding to 2-3 adjacent states in the near term. They serve as dual-purpose nodes: walk-in retail plus fulfilment/dark stores for outbound delivery to surrounding rural areas. The company operates in the rapidly scaling agri-tech and agri-products ecosystem. An Inc42 report valued the category at ~ US$ 10 billion in 2025, projected to become a ~ US$30 billion market by 2030, driven by accelerated digital & AI adoption across farming & dairy industries. Role The Expansion Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, setup, and scaling of last-mile ecommerce and quick commerce operations across new states, cities, and outlets. This includes managing dark store launches, building logistics partnerships, deploying delivery fleets, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires strong project management capabilities, vendor relationship management, and the ability to execute multi-city expansions with high operational efficiency and cost discipline.
