Product & Process Development Intern (Tech & Innovation – Founder’s Office)

Internship Description:

We’re hiring a tech-savvy, curious, and AI-skilled intern to work closely with the founder on product innovation and backend process development for a fast-growing sustainable food & dairy brand.

🚀 What you’ll do:
🔹 Use AI tools to improve internal systems and workflows
🔹 Assist in new product development (dairy, organic, FMCG)
🔹 Automate repetitive tasks and build efficient digital processes
🔹 Conduct research & benchmarking using digital tools
🔹 Create SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation
🔹 Collaborate with teams across production, marketing & tech

🧠 Who we’re looking for:
✅ Fast learner who loves exploring new tools and tech
✅ Excellent at using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.)
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn by doing

📍 Location: Mysuru (Hybrid/Flexible for the right candidate)
⏳ Duration: 3–6 months
💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month
🎓 Eligibility: Final-year students, freshers, or gap-year professionals interested in entrepreneurship, food, or sustainability
