What you will be doing?<br /> We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate with B2C<br /> experience and 1-3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be<br /> responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and<br /> maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships that<br /> will help drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales<br /> and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think<br /> strategically.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> • Engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, offering personalized<br /> study abroad guidance - building trust and rapport.<br /> • Schedule and conduct expert sessions and do timely follow ups to get conversions.<br /> • Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads and following the proper process.<br /> • Lastly, you will be the key driver of the revenue, so whatever it takes to drive sales.<br /> What makes you a great fit?<br /> ✓ 1-3 years of B2C business development experience, preferably in the ed-tech<br /> industry.<br /> ✓ Proven success in B2C sales and business development.<br /> ✓ Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.<br /> ✓ A passion for global education, with experience in the study-abroad domain being a<br /> plus.
