Service Now Developer

Job Summary

As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and IT operations management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical expertise to deliver customized solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions tailored to the organization's requirements.
• Implement enhancements and new features on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the security and integrity of ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) or other modules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Experience in IT service management and operations management is essential.

Environment

Salary

Estimated salary range: $12,000 - $40,000 annually.
