

JOB DESCRIPTION – PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
Roles & responsibilities:
Lead, drive and grow the online D2C business.
Drive revenue through Facebook and Google Ads
Drive P&L through customer acquisition, retention, and growth of the business and a seamless customer experience online.
Responsible for the entire funnel flow on the website for customers and ensuring a high conversion rate & average order value.
Work with marketing and creative teams to plan and develop online business plans and implementation.
Research industry trends and analyze site metrics and related data to improve the conversion rate and business growth.
Monitor site performance, speed, traffic, and conversion.
Should analyse metrics on Google Analytics
Create and manage methods for gathering and preserving online customer reviews.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and reflect the organization's brand voice.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and optimize user funnels
Preferred candidate profile:
3-4 years of experience in managing D2C business, FMCG background would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of scaling a brand or a business within this space.
An inherent knack for customer delight, product, growth, and performance marketing across touchpoints.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
Resourceful, flexible, and hands-on in getting things done; problem solver.
Graduate/ Post-Graduate in the field of Digital Marketing
