Position – Graphic Designer
Job Description
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Bombay Shirt Company, the first online custom shirt brand in India, is looking for a talented
and energetic graphic designer. You will be an experienced and digitally focused designer,
comfortable taking design projects from creative brief to completion, providing new ideas
and creativity while leading the visual identity of our brand. The role will work collaboratively
and support cross-functional teams to help concept and design marketing campaigns and
associated content across multiple channels and platforms.
Your Responsibilities
● Work with a team to create a high volume of assets across all channels and mediums,
including but not limited to: digital ads, emails, web assets / PDPs, landing pages,
social, advertising and in-store graphics
● Bring in new creative ideas for both digital and visual trends
You might be a good fit, if you have:
● Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for visual hierarchy and
composition
● Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality
results
● Clear and effective communication skills in articulating concepts and rationales
● Ability to inspire team morale and contribute to the overall culture
● Have a point-of-view and creative perspective
You should have:
● 3 - 5 years of related industry experience
● Knowledge of design softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier and After Effects
(Animation)
● A diverse portfolio that shows good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
● Formal design training / Bachelor’s Degree in design related field. ● Related work
experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industries ● Should have a solid
understanding of AI tools and their integration into design workflows.
● Know how to conceptualize & edit videos is a must
