(include but not limited to)<br /> &bull; End-to-end HRMS Tool Operations<br /> &bull; Responsible for accuracy of employee data<br /> &bull; Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, company policies, maintaining<br /> documentation for audits<br /> &bull; Managing internal and external HR audits<br /> &bull; Drive standardization and create SOPs<br /> &bull; Overseeing contract staffing operations<br /> &bull; Collaborating with procurement for PR, PO and vendor management<br /> &bull; Responsible for HR vendor agreements<br /> &bull; Inventory management (onboarding kits, anniversary celebrations...)<br /> &bull; Manage the administrative aspects of benefits Reimbursements, Relocation, Child<br /> Care, Letters, BGV...<br /> &bull; Responsible to maintain and implement HR policies<br /> &bull; Analyze data and generate HR reports<br /> &bull; Set objectives for People Operations (Backend) team and track progress<br /> &bull; Manage metrics, escalations, Proactively identify and drive continuous<br /> improvements with processes<br /> What we&rsquo;re looking for...<br /> &bull; Education: Degree in HR / Business administration<br /> &bull; Experience: About 8 to 10 years with proven track record<br /> &bull; Technical Skills<br /> - Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems<br /> - Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven</div> <div>decision-making<br /> - Preferable - Certification in labour laws<br /> - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities<br /> &bull; Behavioral Skills<br /> - High on energy<br /> - Articulate and clear communication - written and verbal<br /> - Attention to details<br /> - Proactive in solving problems<br /> - Taking things to closure<br /> &bull; People Skills<br /> - Build genuine relationships facilitating positive working relationship</div> <div>Be a mentor to the team members<br /> - Demonstrates team comes first attitude<br /> - Open and transparent<br /> Mode of working, Office<br /> Work location, Bangalore</div>
