Expertise & Qualification
Your role...
• People Operations (Backend) role is a hands-on role which involves managing and
optimizing the backend processes and systems related to HR operations within an
organization
• Obsessed with providing positive employee experience
• Oriented towards digital transformation / automation
• identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and process
improvements
What you are responsible for... (include but not limited to)
• End-to-end HRMS Tool Operations
• Responsible for accuracy of employee data
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, company policies, maintaining
documentation for audits
• Managing internal and external HR audits
• Drive standardization and create SOPs
• Overseeing contract staffing operations
• Collaborating with procurement for PR, PO and vendor management
• Responsible for HR vendor agreements
• Inventory management (onboarding kits, anniversary celebrations...)
• Manage the administrative aspects of benefits Reimbursements, Relocation, Child
Care, Letters, BGV...
• Responsible to maintain and implement HR policies
• Analyze data and generate HR reports
• Set objectives for People Operations (Backend) team and track progress
• Manage metrics, escalations, Proactively identify and drive continuous
improvements with processes
What we’re looking for...
• Education: Degree in HR / Business administration
• Experience: About 8 to 10 years with proven track record
• Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven
