<div>Expertise & Qualification<br />
Your role...<br />
• People Operations (Backend) role is a hands-on role which involves managing and<br />
optimizing the backend processes and systems related to HR operations within an<br />
organization<br />
• Obsessed with providing positive employee experience<br />
• Oriented towards digital transformation / automation<br />
• identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and process<br />
improvements<br />
What you are responsible for... (include but not limited to)<br />
• End-to-end HRMS Tool Operations<br />
• Responsible for accuracy of employee data<br />
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, company policies, maintaining<br />
documentation for audits<br />
• Managing internal and external HR audits<br />
• Drive standardization and create SOPs<br />
• Overseeing contract staffing operations<br />
• Collaborating with procurement for PR, PO and vendor management<br />
• Responsible for HR vendor agreements<br />
• Inventory management (onboarding kits, anniversary celebrations...)<br />
• Manage the administrative aspects of benefits Reimbursements, Relocation, Child<br />
Care, Letters, BGV...<br />
• Responsible to maintain and implement HR policies<br />
• Analyze data and generate HR reports<br />
• Set objectives for People Operations (Backend) team and track progress<br />
• Manage metrics, escalations, Proactively identify and drive continuous<br />
improvements with processes<br />
What we’re looking for...<br />
• Education: Degree in HR / Business administration<br />
• Experience: About 8 to 10 years with proven track record<br />
• Technical Skills<br />
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems<br />
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven</div>

- Preferable - Certification in labour laws<br />
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities<br />
