Mern Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using the MERN stack. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.
