Position Overview

We are looking for a Flutter App Engineer to join our growing tech team. In this

role, you will design, build, and scale high-performance mobile applications that

power our platforms for academies, coaches, players, and parents.

You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and

other engineers to deliver clean, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

We want someone who is passionate about sports, mobile technology, and solving

real-world problems with simple and elegant code.

Location: Bengaluru, India

Role & Responsibilities

Mobile App Development

Design and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).

Build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design system.

Integration & Performance

Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and third-party services.

Optimize app performance, app size, and responsiveness across devices.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to

deliver features end-to-end.

Quality & Reliability

Flutter App Engineer 1Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

Fix bugs, improve stability, and ensure smooth releases on App Store and Play

Store.

Ownership

Take full ownership of app features in a fast-paced startup environment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication flows.

Good understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app store release processes.

Strong debugging skills and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a high-scale consumer tech company.

Effective use of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up

development and research workflows.

Knowledge of app performance monitoring, crash analytics, and OTA updates.
