Job Title: Treasury Analyst (consultant)
Job Summary:
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s treasury operations, including bank coordination, documentation, and compliance. This role involves managing back office functions, preparing MIS reports, posting accounting entries, and driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency..
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks and mutual funds for account management, fund transfers, purchases/redemptions, and banking documentation.
- Documentation: Maintain and update treasury-related documentation including agreements, KYC, and regulatory filings.
- MIS Preparation: Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for investments and borrowings , reconciliation with books, pass necessary accounting entries
- Bank reconciliations and master data maintenance: Handle bank reconciliations and timely resolution of reconciliation items, maintain master data for structured financing, investments, borrowings etc.
- Treasury Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations
- Automation Initiatives: Identify and implement automation opportunities in cash management, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting (CA Inter preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury operations
- Proficiency in Excel and treasury/accounting system in SAP
- Experience in process automation
