<div>What will you do after you join us?<br /> Business<br /> &bull; Prospecting &amp; converting of potential channel partners<br /> &bull; Client calls / meetings &ndash; existing &amp; new clients<br /> &bull; Attend and provide solutions during client calls / meetings &ndash; existing &amp; new clients<br /> &bull; Responsible to achieve sales targets assigned by the management<br /> &bull; Prepare and provide MIS to the senior management on a regular basis<br /> &bull; Networking and Client Engagement activity<br /> Effort<br /> &bull; Conduct meetings with partners and clients with the intensity and numbers as per business plan<br /> &bull; Ensure the relationship management efforts and events as per plan<br /> &bull; Service the clients by provide the right advise and products.<br /> &bull; Provide client feedback to the product and research teams</div> <div>Create all the metrices and analysis of client portfolios and provide accurate, customize and personalized<br /> inputs to the clients<br /> &bull; Ensure day to day reporting in Sales force<br /> &bull; Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and as well as regulatory<br /> What are the skills and behaviors you must demonstrate?<br /> &bull; Strong domain knowledge<br /> &bull; Market Intelligence<br /> &bull; MIS and Analytics<br /> &bull; Excellent Interpersonal / Communication Skills<br /> &bull; Sales and Relationship Management<br /> &bull; Professionalism and result oriented in approach<br /> &bull; Critical Thinking</div>
