Job Summary

The Store Operations & Team Management role is designed to oversee and enhance store performance within the retail, fashion, or footwear sector. Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations ensuring high standards of team productivity and customer engagement.
• Supervise and lead a team of 7-8 staff members, providing guidance to 3 Retail Executives and 4 Back-of-the-House staff.
• Maintain store hygiene and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience.
• Track and improve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Bill Value (ABV).
• Drive team performance through coaching and mentoring while embodying and representing brand culture.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-8 years of overall experience, with 3-4 years in team management roles.
• Industry Preference: Relevant experience within the Retail, Fashion, or Footwear industries is highly regarded.
• Soft Skills: Strong people-management skills and ability to represent brand culture effectively.
