RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Managing day to day production operations, supply chain & logistics, regulatory & legal compliances, and technical & infrastructure maintenance. 2. Leading evolution of manufacturing & quality systems via automations and tech solutions 3. Responsible for controlling costing and operation efficiency 4. Responsible for all 6M (man, machine, material, method, measurements & mother-earth) factors of production operations. 5. Supervising Supply Chain - Sourcing, costing, negotiations, optimizing logistics. 6. Supervising Tech Support-Customer Support, Tender Support via respective people 7. Leading a team of 6 managers and over 100 operators
