BIM Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team in building an AI-enabled QAQC platform. The selected candidate will leverage deep technical expertise across a broad range of BIM and 3D modeling tools to help transform quality control and assurance on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD, BricsCAD BIM, and BlenderBIM.
• Ensure models and data flow seamlessly between different BIM tools and platforms.
• Create accurate construction documentation including floor plans, elevation plans, and construction drawings.
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate BIM into our quality control platform.
• Identify and flag opportunities to improve how we use BIM across the product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD.
• Hands-on experience with BricsCAD BIM, BlenderBIM/Bonsai, or similar BIM tools.
• Solid understanding of IFC standards and data exchange workflows.
• Experience with 3D modeling software, including Blender or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD documentation - floor plans, elevation plans, and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation within BIM environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
