<div>Euler Motors is looking to hire a to lead the Supply Chain Function. We need our Supply Chain<br />
person to balance Strategic, Operational, Financial &amp; People Responsibilities. With a minimum of<br />
15 years of extensive experience, particularly in commercial vehicle or car OEM sectors, the<br />
successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management,<br />
including new product development, cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and budgeting.<br />
● Strategic Responsibilities:<br />
● Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to<br />
optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.<br />
● Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with key<br />
suppliers, fostering collaboration, and driving supplier performance improvement<br />
initiatives.<br />
● Market Analysis: Conducting market research, forecasting trends, and identifying<br />
opportunities to capitalize on market dynamics for cost savings and competitive<br />
advantage.<br />
● Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as disruptions<br />
in supply, geopolitical challenges, or economic uncertainties, to ensure supply chain<br />
resilience.<br />
● Technology Integration: Leveraging procurement technologies and digital tools to<br />
streamline procurement processes, enhance visibility, and drive efficiency within the<br />
supply chain.<br />
● Operational Responsibilities:<br />
● Procurement Process Management: Overseeing end-to-end procurement processes,<br />
from requisition to payment, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods<br />
and services.<br />
● Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitoring supplier performance metrics,<br />
conducting supplier evaluations, and implementing corrective actions to address<br />
underperformance and drive continuous improvement.</div>
<div>● Contract Management: Managing supplier contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure<br />
compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize cost savings opportunities.<br />
● Inventory Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize<br />
inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve inventory turnover rates while<br />
maintaining stock availability.</div>

● Budget Planning: Developing and managing the procurement budget, forecasting<br />
expenditures, and controlling costs to align with organizational financial objectives.<br />

analyses, and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to optimize pricing and cost<br />
savings.<br />
● Savings Targets: Setting savings targets, tracking cost reduction initiatives, and<br />
identifying opportunities to drive procurement efficiencies that positively impact the<br />
organization&#39;s financial performance.<br />
● Budget Compliance: Ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, monitoring<br />
spending, and identifying variances to maintain financial discipline within the<br />
procurement function.</div>
