Deal Sourcing & Evaluation<br /> ● Source early-stage startups via App Store, Steam, AngelList, LinkedIn, Tracxn, Product Hunt, Inc42, Entrackr, Twitter, Reddit, etc.<br /> ● Build and maintain deal-sourcing networks and relationships.<br /> ● Evaluate pitches and identify high-potential investment opportunities.<br /> ● Maintain and update deal-flow trackers, follow up with founders.<br /> IC Memo & Deal Diligence<br /> ● Conduct commercial and product diligence for shortlisted deals.<br /> ● Prepare IC notes and investment memos.<br /> ● Manage diligence and transaction support with internal teams and legal advisors.<br /> Market & Industry Research<br /> ● Analyze the gaming and interactive media space.<br /> ● Track macro trends, M&A activity, valuation benchmarks.<br /> ● Support flagship reports like “State of India Gaming”.<br /> Proprietary Research<br /> ● Conduct deep-dives on sub-sectors within gaming/media.<br /> ● Assist in research and portfolio company strategy.<br /> Marketing & Fundraising<br /> ● Build pitch decks and presentation material for LPs.<br /> ● Support quarterly LP updates and fundraising efforts.<br /> Portfolio Support<br /> ● Conduct competitor analysis and market research.<br /> ● Support hiring and talent acquisition for portfolio companies.<br /> ● Assist with financial modeling and fundraising strategy.<br /> Desired Skills and Experience<br /> ● Education: PGDM or MBA from a top-ranked university (IIMs, ISB, Ivy League, etc.).<br /> ● Experience: 1–3 years in:<br /> ○ Venture Capital (preferred)<br /> ○ Private Equity<br /> ○ Investment Banking<br /> ○ Strategy Consulting<br /> ○ Corporate Strategy in high-growth tech companies<br /> ● Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.<br /> ● A passion for gaming, technology, and new media sectors.<br /> ● Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and self-driven.<br /> ● Comfortable working in small, fast-paced teams.<br /> Bonus Skills<br /> ● Experience with legal documents (SHA/SSA).<br /> ● Previous transaction/portfolio support exposure.<br /> ● Exposure to startup ecosystems.<br /> Website: https://www.lumikai.com/<br /> Work type: On-Site ( Hybrid 3 days from Office
