Job Summary
The Business Head for GCC & India will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for the IT Services & Solutions sector, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and enhancing client engagement across various offerings, including digital transformation, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services. This role is crucial to align sales efforts with broader business objectives while managing a high-performing, multi-geography Business-to-Business (B2B) sales team.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives and identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a strong B2B sales team; establish and achieve sales targets across various regions.
- Revenue Ownership: Manage revenue goals, ensure a robust sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Drive enterprise sales, maintain relationships with key clients, and oversee large deal closures.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, provide recommendations on positioning, and promote digital tools and innovation within the sales framework.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 18-20 years in sales leadership roles within IT services/solutions.
- Strong experience specifically in GCC & India sales (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading large teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed IT services, and enterprise solutions.
- Strong enterprise network across key verticals, including infrastructure, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), healthcare, retail, Information Technology (IT), and fintech.
Preferred Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 18-20 years in related sales leadership roles, with a focus on IT services and solutions.
