Job Description
JD for Architect - Got it by exploring - Consider 9+ years - We are looking for an
experienced Technical Architect to lead and drive the design, implementation, and
optimization of solutions using the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in architecting enterprise-scale applications
and solutions, integrating AI-driven talent management systems, and collaborating
with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology with business
objectives. This role requires a blend of expertise in software architecture, talent
management, and AI-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing the Eightfold AI platform
to address talent management needs, including recruitment, career
development, and workforce optimization.
Work closely with HR, business, and data teams to understand their
requirements and design scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions
tailored to the organization’s talent strategy.
Architect and oversee the integration of the Eightfold platform with existing
enterprise systems, such as HRIS, ATS, and other cloud-based or on-premise
systems.
Define and ensure adherence to best practices for software design,
development, and deployment on the Eightfold platform.
Collaborate with other architects, product managers, and development teams
to drive platform enhancements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide leadership in the implementation of AI and machine learning
algorithms within the Eightfold ecosystem to drive intelligent, data-driven
decisions.
Ensure the architecture can scale to meet the growing demands of the
business and handle high volumes of data and transactions with minimal
latency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the design,
development, or post-deployment phases of projects.
Develop a long-term technology roadmap for the Eightfold platform,
considering both current and future talent management needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and
talent management technologies, and incorporate these innovations into the
platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar leadership role,
specifically with Eightfold.ai or other AI-driven talent management platforms.
Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns, especially in
enterprise systems.
Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP),
including using AI/ML services to build scalable applications.
Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, with
a focus on their application in talent management.
