Requirements:

• Experience – 2-4 years.
  • Education – Undergraduate from Tier 1 Institutes
  • Should be very strong in analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills.
  • Location – Work from office in Gurgaon
• Compensation – 25 to 35 Lakhs + 20% Variable (their current should of course be lower than this)

• Background - Experience in Consumer sector
  • List 1 - Investment Banking (Consumer) --> Panini Advisors, Merisis/ Value Bridge, Veda, Spark, O3, IndigoEdge, EY, Dexter, DC Advisory, PWC
  • List 2  - Consulting / Roll up Firms --> PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, GlobalBees, GOAT, 10Club
  • List 3 - VC Firms --> DSG, Rukam, Fireside, Saama, Anthill, WEH, Kae, Trica/ LV, IPV, Vcat/ 9 Unicorns, Titan Capital, Aroa Ventures, Whiteboard, 3One4, Anicut, Sixth Sense, Angel List, Carpediem

They will hire 2 candidates for the Associate role, and would want the 2 to be from different lists from above.
