Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with extensive experience in designing and managing integrations with Workday. This role is critical for building HCM workflows and ensuring smooth data flows for HR, payroll, and talent systems, which aligns with our organizational goals of optimizing human resources management.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage integrations with Workday, ensuring effective data flow between systems.
• Build and maintain HCM workflows, integrating Workday with downstream applications.
• Develop and support API integrations and EDI transactions as necessary.
• Customize Workday-related functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Utilize integration platforms like Dell Boomi for seamless connectivity.
• Monitor integration processes using tools such as Splunk and Datadog.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years in integration engineering, specifically with Workday.
• Strong proficiency in API development and EDI transactions.
• Experience with Workday Report Development and Workday Studio.
• Knowledge of integration platforms, particularly Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog.
• Certification in integration platforms or Workday tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in support projects related to Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in integration roles, specifically focusing on Workday and related technologies.

Environment

• Work Setting: Hybrid model (3 days in-office per week).
• Locations: Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad.
• Work Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with flexibility for project needs and on-call rotations to support production systems.

Salary

• Salary: 2.1 LPM
