Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy Create integrated marketing strategies for airports & city outlets. Strengthen brand storytelling and visibility across channels. Digital Marketing Own social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, website & ORM. Run campaigns focused on product quality, innovation & experience. Business Growth Support new outlet and product launches. Drive customer engagement and B2B lead generation (corporate & airport). Partnerships Build relationships with airport authorities, concessionaires & corporates. Represent the brand at industry forums/events. Agency & Creative Management Manage creative, digital & PR agencies. Ensure timely, high-quality branding and launch assets. Leadership & Budgeting Manage a small marketing team. Control budgets and ensure ROI. Ideal Candidate Profile MBA preferred; graduate in Marketing / Business / Hospitality. 2–4 years in F&B / QSR / multi-outlet retail brands. Strong digital marketing exposure. Understanding of airport retail & catering businesses. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, CRM & automation tools. Strong stakeholder management and multitasking skills. KPIs   Brand visibility & digital growth. Customer engagement. Lead generation for expansion. ROI on campaigns. Creative output quality & timelines. Team effectiveness.
