·       Lead the site closing activities 

·       Understand key market competitive dynamics and devise winning strategies 

·       Lead the team with a target oriented mind set and drive the team towards achieving their individual targets as well as the team targets  

·       Gain indepth knowledge of the Company’s potential customer base and understand key dynamics to impact Company’s business 

·       Coordinate with the Sourcing team to give timely feedback to CPs on their walkins 

 

Candidate skills: -

·       Minimum graduate with first class across academic career. MBA from a reputed school will be an added advantage 

·       Minimum 12 years of experience with atleast 3 years of leading a Closing Team in in Mumbai City

·       Candidate should demonstrate team leading skills

·       Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of RE Sales processes 

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must

·       Ability to achieve targets and work in a target oriented work culture is important
