About the Role We are looking for a full-time copywriter who will be part of our CORE team. The right candidate will be someone with 3-4 years of work experience as a content strategist and copywriter and who has a passion for storytelling. He or she will have the ability to write in a witty, articulate, and relatable way. The primary responsibilities include writing short form copy for social media, e-mail, ads, SMS, and WhatsApp in a tone of voice that is consistent with our brand. This is a full time in person role based out of Bangalore. Key Responsibilities • Work with the brand marketing team to o Write copy for social media posts, stories, and reels. This includes copy for the caption and on the creative. • Work with our performance marketing team to o Ideate ad ideas and write ad copy that enables us to stand out from the crowd. o Write copy for e-mails. This includes witty subject lines, concise e-mail bodies and everything inbetween. o Write copy for SMS & WhatsApp • Continuously research and stay on top of trends • As this is a startup, there will be other works from time to time. Skills we are looking for Hard Skills: • Ability to write content that is clear, attractive and relatable. • An ability to communicate more with fewer words. • 3-4 years prior experience in copywriting for B2C brands / services. • Prior experience in B2C space is a must and D2C is preferred. • Strong command over written and spoken English.
