Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Generalist Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management. This role requires someone who can operate both strategically and operationally, supporting the fast-paced and growing needs of our business. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ● Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all departments ● Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs ● Conduct interviews and manage offer roll-outs and onboarding ● Maintain an internal talent pipeline and liaise with recruitment agencies 2. Employee Relations & Engagement ● Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances ● Conduct employee engagement initiatives and events ● Promote a healthy work environment and support conflict resolution ● Ensure proper communication and execution of HR policies 3. HR Operations & Compliance ● Maintain and update employee records in HRMS ● Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.) ● Coordinate with legal/compliance teams and external auditors when required ● Handle disciplinary procedures and exit processes 4. Performance Management ● Drive the annual appraisal process ● Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating performance ● Monitor training needs and coordinate learning & development programs 5. Payroll & Attendance ● Oversee attendance and leave records ● Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for monthly processing ● Handle queries related to salaries, reimbursements, and tax documentation 6. HR Policy & Strategy ● Help design, implement, and update HR policies aligned with business goals ● Participate in organizational development and culture-building initiatives ● Generate HR reports and analytics for management review Key Competencies ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities ● Hands-on experience in HRMS and MS Office tools ● Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organization What We Offer ● Opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding real estate leader ● A dynamic and collaborative work environment ● Exposure to large-scale industrial and retail infrastructure projects ● Competitive compensation with learning and growth opportunities
