You must possess excellent communication skills, a high IQ level, and be well-versed in social media trends. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Gama is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Create engaging presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Design and manage content on social media platforms with the help of Canva and Gama.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Provide feedback and insights to clients based on their needs and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or a related field.
