Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, with a strong educational background from a reputable college. You must possess excellent communication skills, a high IQ level, and be well-versed in social media trends. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Gama is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Manage client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Create engaging presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
  • Design and manage content on social media platforms with the help of Canva and Gama.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Provide feedback and insights to clients based on their needs and objectives.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High IQ level and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Gama.
  • Awareness of social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
