Job Summary
The Campaign Operations Associate will be instrumental in managing the workflow of campaign requirements, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns on the app, and enhancing the overall campaign experience for members. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from CRED Product and Business teams, coordinating with design, copy, and tech teams for smooth execution.
- Create campaigns on the app screens while managing user communication, adhering to turnaround time (TAT) and quality metrics.
- Evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams to improve the campaign experience for members.
- Maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring that requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor campaign performance based on parameters like delivery, accuracy, and latency; help business teams improve outcomes by sharing relevant insights.
- Set up a proactive monitoring process to handle all communications once they are live on the platform, rectifying any errors that may impact user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in Campaign Operations, Go To Market (GTM) strategies, product releases, or merchandising campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing relationships with Product and Tech teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; understanding of key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), open rate, and redirection.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Technical Skills: Ability to write edited queries and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Basic SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL, particularly Databricks.
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in campaign operations, Go To Market strategies, product releases, or merchandising campaigns.
