Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>• Account Management: o Drive the business plan for all online accounts, including both top-line and bottom-line growth. o Align cross-functional teams to meet business objectives across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C channels.</div>
<div>• Advertising & Promotion: o Plan and execute marketing calendars for online activations across platforms. o Monitor and optimize advertising spend to maximize ROI. o Create and manage new ad campaigns, including SEO and keyword optimization. o Manage the brand store on marketplaces to ensure a compelling customer experience.</div>
<div>• Customer Service: o Monitor and address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. o Track product rankings and implement initiatives to improve performance. o Execute email campaigns for customer retention, utilizing cohort analysis to drive repeat business.</div>
<div>• Inventory Management: o Ensure adequate inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock situations. o Manage the liquidation of slow-moving or non-performing inventory.</div>
<div>• Performance Monitoring: o Provide weekly and monthly performance reports. o Track key metrics such as sales, margin, ACOS, product ranking, and overall marketplace performance.</div>

<div>Key Requirements:</div>
<div>• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C platforms. • Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business growth. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to optimize performance and drive decision-making. • Hands-on experience with advertising and promotions, including campaign creation, SEO, and brand store management. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach to service and support. • Ability to manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and performance. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared business goals. • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Mumbai.</div>
