This role requires strong operational execution, people management skills, and the ability to handle last-mile delivery challenges efficiently.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities Route Planning: Create and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries. Rider Coordination: Manage delivery riders/tempo drivers, monitor daily operations, and ensure adherence to schedules. Cash Reconciliation: Track and reconcile cash collected during deliveries on a daily basis. Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any last-mile delivery issues and ensure swift resolution. Operational Reporting: Maintain and analyse operational data using Excel to prepare performance reports. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams for smooth execution.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years of experience in logistics/last-mile delivery operations.</div> <div>Skills:  Strong knowledge of route planning and fleet/rider management.  Good understanding of cash handling and reconciliation processes.  Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic reporting).  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education: Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</div>
