Job Role- Training Lead

 

Location: Mumbai Powai

 

CTC- Decent hike as per current CTC

 

Experience- 3 to 7 years

 

Professional Background: Hotels and hospitals

 

5 working days- general timings

 

Interview- 2 to 3 interview rounds, 1st is virtual, and the last is F2F.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality

• E2E Skill based trainings/Workshops exposure: Planning/ Designing / Implementing / Evaluating/Improvising

• Extensive Knowledge: Hospitality Housekeeping Equipment/Principles of cleaning & Hygiene / Preparing Cleaning schedules

• Significant experience with effective L&D, training & evaluation methods & tools

• Experience in measuring training efficacy

• Knowledge of the latest industry trends, changes in learning theory, learning technologies & best practices

• Willingness to travel

• Practical Experience in MS Office Suite

• Industry Preference: Hospitality (Luxury Hotel Chains, IHMs, etc.)

Job Role and Responsibilities:

 

• Design, Conduct & Evaluate Training sessions

• Build TNIs: Basis various feedback loops

• Analyse customer/expert feedback

• Mentor and motivate the experts

• Managing Training records of all trainees digitally
