Job Title- Placement Manager
(Employer Partnerships & Job Matching Lead)
Location
Hyderabad with field travel
Reporting To
Head of Growth/ Head of Operations
Role Purpose
The Placement Manager is responsible for building demand and closing placements for trained childcare workers across households, gated communities, crèches, schools, hospitals, and institutions ensuring dignified, safe, and fairly paid jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Outreach & Partnerships
Identify and onboard 50-60 trained childcare workers to employers: gated communities, families, crèches, schools, hospitals every quarter.
Build 50-60 lead pipeline of demand every quarter through partnerships, referrals, and outreach
Conduct employer sensitisation (pop-ups) at least 1 every quarter on hiring certified childcare workers.
Placement Operations
Match worker profiles to employer requirements (hours, child age, skills)
Facilitate interviews, trials, and final placement confirmations
Ensure clarity on salary, working hours, scope of work, leave, and boundaries
Commercial & Contracting
Negotiate salaries and placement terms aligned with Hera benchmarks
Manage placement fees, invoicing coordination, and employer agreements
Track employer payments and renewals
Feedback & Retention Support
Ensure employer feedback post-placement
Flag issues early to Worker Manager for intervention
Support replacement or re-matching if placements fail
Market Intelligence
Track salary trends, demand patterns, and hiring preferences
Feed insights into training design and workforce planning
Required Profile
Experience
4–7 years in placements, recruitment, staffing, or business development
Experience in domestic staffing, healthcare staffing, education staffing, or skilling preferred
Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management
Sales + social sensitivity balance
Comfortable with targets, closures, and reporting
Ability to explain value of certification and safety to employers
Languages
Telugu + English (mandatory)
Hindi (preferred)
