Job Description
- Designation: Head of Sales – PMS
- Experience:
- 12–15+ years of experience in PMS sales
- Strong track record with HNI / Ultra HNI clients
- Deep understanding of PMS products, performance positioning, and client onboarding
- Senior, credible market presence preferred
- Role Overview:
- Lead PMS sales with direct ownership of HNI / Ultra HNI relationships
- Drive net inflows through direct client engagement (IC role to begin with)
- Act as the face of the PMS business with key clients and intermediaries
- Build and institutionalize the PMS sales function
- Location: Mumbai
- Universe: PMS / Wealth / HNI–Ultra HNI Distribution
- Compensation: Fixed - 60 to 70 LPA
