Job Summary

The Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications and solutions within the Office 365 ecosystem. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from analyzing business requirements to the development of automation solutions, ultimately contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions using Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
  • Analyze business requirements, perform validations, and map solutions to build a Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Provide end-to-end services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.
  • Architect, design, develop, and maintain key components of the software suite focused on Office 365 workloads.
  • Develop automation solutions using Power Platform tools to streamline ITIL process tasks.
  • Document and present solutions through detailed documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Engage with customers for solution demonstrations and walkthroughs.
  • Build a strong team and develop the portfolio of services.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Power Apps, including Canvas/Model Driven Apps and Power Apps Portals.
    • Experience with connectors using SharePoint, Azure, and other data sources.
    • Knowledge of Power Apps governance and custom connectors.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 templates across Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Strong experience in Power Automate and converting Nintex workflows.
    • Working knowledge of DataVerse for Power Apps implementations and data modeling.
    • Experience in Power Platform governance including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and monitoring.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and teamwork.
    • Ability to document processes and articulate technical information clearly.
  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UI Flows and AI Builder.
  • Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents is a plus.
  • Understanding of licensing models within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Experience
