Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, ownership-driven Warehouse Incharge to manage end-to-end warehouse operations from inbound processes to last-mile dispatch handover. This role demands an individual who prioritizes accuracy, speed, and accountability while taking personal ownership of every order and resolving discrepancies effectively.
Responsibilities

Inbound & Inventory Management
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform quality checks, tagging, and purchase order (PO) creation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage the put-away of goods into designated bins with accurate bin mapping.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve stock mismatches.

Outbound & Dispatch Operations
- Supervise picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure timely shipments in line with customer and marketplace turnaround times (TATs).
- Monitor courier pickups, generate shipping labels, and manage dispatch handovers.
- Handle undelivered shipments and Return to Origin (RTO) cases in coordination with customer service.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports and shipping logs.

Order Management
- Process orders from platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Cred, and our brand website.
- Execute orders based on platform-specific cut-off times and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Reconcile daily orders—processed, pending, and cancelled—and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Must Have
- 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Strong, hands-on understanding of end-to-end warehouse workflows.
- Experience handling B2C orders and marketplace SLAs at scale.
- Proficiency in Excel with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Hands-on experience with Increff WMS is mandatory.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in inventory management and logistics optimization.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis and report generation tools.
Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, particularly in e-commerce settings.

- The role is based in Bangalore (Nelmangla) within a warehouse setting, involving physical activities related to inventory and dispatch management.
