Groww is hiring a UX Researcher to join their team in Bengaluru. This is a remote role suited to a mid-level professional with 3+ years of experience in the Fintech space.
About the role
You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of research methods across the team's core initiatives.
- Take ownership of synthesis & insight across the team's core initiatives.
- Take ownership of participant management across the team's core initiatives.
- Take ownership of storytelling across the team's core initiatives.
- Take ownership of influence on roadmap across the team's core initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Fintech or an adjacent domain.
- Demonstrated strength in research methods, synthesis & insight, participant management.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
