Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing & Ad Management:
    • Run and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta, Blinkit, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
    • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROAS.
  2. Growth Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive month-on-month (MoM) growth across the website and marketplaces.
    • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  3. Team Management:
    • Lead and align the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  4. Strategy Execution:
    • Execute key marketing strategies to align with the overall business plan.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  5. Marketplace Management:
    • Oversee the brand's presence and performance on various online marketplaces.
    • Ensure consistent communication and maintain strong relationships with POCs on AMS, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
    • Manage promotional activities across all platforms.
  6. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
    • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
