Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing & Ad Management:
- Run and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta, Blinkit, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Growth Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive month-on-month (MoM) growth across the website and marketplaces.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Team Management:
- Lead and align the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Strategy Execution:
- Execute key marketing strategies to align with the overall business plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Marketplace Management:
- Oversee the brand's presence and performance on various online marketplaces.
- Ensure consistent communication and maintain strong relationships with POCs on AMS, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
- Manage promotional activities across all platforms.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
