Job Summary

The Lead Full Stack Developer will drive digital transformation by leading a team to develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership to innovate and deliver top-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Lead the development team and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability.
• Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in building large-scale software applications.
  • Experience in building web applications.
  • Experience in Shell scripting.

• Technical Skills:

  • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Angular, Struts, JSF, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
  • Extensive knowledge in Java development, Webservices, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with ORM (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Understanding of Java Persistence API (JPA).
  • Experience in DevOps Tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or deployment tools).
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
  • Experience in unit/integration testing.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical skills related to:

  • Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Git and GitHub.
  • Application servers like Tomcat and WebSphere.
  • Frameworks like React.
  • FTP/SFTP protocols.
  • Unix and Shell scripting.
  • Databases and web storage.
  • DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Must possess leadership abilities, including:

  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Adaptability and visionary thinking.

Experience

• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and leading teams.

Environment

• The work shift will be flexible, accommodating partial work from the office in the morning hours, along with evening availability until 12 PM EST for global team discussions.
