Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX & CX Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience across our fintech platform. This role involves collaborating with product, design, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and engagement for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Zolve experience by writing concise, user-friendly copy for app interfaces, tooltips, notifications, and error messages.
  • Enhance customer journeys with empathetic, clear, and engaging content across help centers, chatbots, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to improve clarity and usability in our platform’s flows—from onboarding to transactions.
  • Refine our voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
  • Leverage user insights to test and optimize content, making interactions smoother and more intuitive.
  • Bridge gaps between UX and CX, ensuring our messaging aligns with user needs and expectations at every stage of their financial journey.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or customer experience writing.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, banking, or SaaS services (experience in neobanking is a plus!).
  • A knack for simplifying complex financial terms into easy-to-understand and actionable language.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and customer support teams.
  • Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, and content strategy to optimize messaging.
  • Passion for helping global citizens navigate cross-border financial challenges.

Experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as UX writing, content design, or customer experience writing.
