Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes. Develop and implement strategies for talent management and succession planning. 2. Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP): Act as a key HRBP, advising on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. 3. Strategic HR Planning: Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the overall business plan. Focus on scaling the manpower to support business growth. 4. Team Management & Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team. Ensure professional growth and development of HR team members. 5. Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures. 6. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Stay abreast of best practices in HR management. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Experience: Minimum 20-22 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to the distributed services industry. 2. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. HR Generalist Experience: Broad experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, and HR business partnering. 4. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in scaling up companies in terms of manpower significantly (preferably four times) over 4 to 5 years. 5. Strategic Skills: Proven ability in HR strategy, planning, and execution. 6. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team. 7.
