We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and experienced Business Head to setup and lead our
international sales team, with a focus on government / institutional tender-driven initiatives and exploring
strategic partnerships. This role is critical in expanding our international market presence, establishing
distributor / dealer network, securing global contracts, and shaping healthcare policies globally.
As this is a new business unit, you will be responsible for laying out strategic short-term / medium-term
strategy roadmap, experimenting with new ideas, and course correction the strategy time-to-time. You will be
required to building a new international sales team from scratch, ensuring an effective team structure, hiring
top talent (region specific), and providing leadership and development opportunities.
Identifying and prioritizing target markets for entry and expansion based on thorough market analysis,
competitive landscape, and regulatory environment will be the priority in this role. You will collaborate closely
with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate regulatory landscapes and drive business growth
through effective policy advocacy.
