<div>Role Overview</div>
<div>We are hiring a Creative Designer who is comfortable working across graphic design, video editing, and digital creatives. This role requires someone who can independently execute, adapt fast, and contribute creatively in a D2C environment.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
• Design creatives for social media, performance ads, website banners, emailers, and product pages<br />
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts<br />
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives<br />
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams<br />
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned creative tasks<br />
• Work on quick turnarounds common in a D2C setup<br />
• Suggest creative ideas and formats based on trends and performance</div>

<div>Requirements<br />
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer<br />
• Strong hands-on skills in:<br />
• Adobe Photoshop<br />
• Adobe Illustrator<br />
• Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate video editing)<br />
• (After Effects is a plus, not mandatory)<br />
• Prior experience in D2C / consumer brand / digital-first brands<br />
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives (Meta & Google Ads)<br />
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team<br />
• High ownership mindset – able to manage tasks independently<br />
• Portfolio showcasing graphics + videos is mandatory</div>
