Role Overview
We are hiring a Creative Designer who is comfortable working across graphic design, video editing, and digital creatives. This role requires someone who can independently execute, adapt fast, and contribute creatively in a D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media, performance ads, website banners, emailers, and product pages
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned creative tasks
• Work on quick turnarounds common in a D2C setup
• Suggest creative ideas and formats based on trends and performance

Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer
• Strong hands-on skills in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate video editing)
• (After Effects is a plus, not mandatory)
• Prior experience in D2C / consumer brand / digital-first brands
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives (Meta & Google Ads)
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
• High ownership mindset – able to manage tasks independently
• Portfolio showcasing graphics + videos is mandatory
