Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Build and implement a world-class offline retail experience playbook</strong> that enhances customer engagement and brand storytelling across all store formats.</li>
<li><strong>Lead retail transformation efforts</strong> to ensure consistency, innovation, and operational efficiency in store design, experience, and execution.</li>
<li><strong>Plan, structure, and scale the team</strong> to support aggressive expansion, growing from 200 stores to 350+ stores in the next year.</li>
<li><strong>Own the execution of new store openings (NSO)</strong>—ensuring every launch is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our brand ethos.</li>
<li><strong>Develop strategies to optimize store layouts, product displays, and customer flow</strong> to maximize engagement and sales.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> (marketing, product, operations) to ensure a cohesive brand presence and customer journey.</li>
<li><strong>Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors</strong> to continuously refine our in-store experience.</li>
