Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a world-class offline retail experience playbook that enhances customer engagement and brand storytelling across all store formats.
- Lead retail transformation efforts to ensure consistency, innovation, and operational efficiency in store design, experience, and execution.
- Plan, structure, and scale the team to support aggressive expansion, growing from 200 stores to 350+ stores in the next year.
- Own the execution of new store openings (NSO)—ensuring every launch is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our brand ethos.
- Develop strategies to optimize store layouts, product displays, and customer flow to maximize engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure a cohesive brand presence and customer journey.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors to continuously refine our in-store experience.
