Backend Developer

Job Summary

The Backend Developer will be responsible for managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment. This role includes maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment and managing the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications. The Backend Developer will oversee the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software, as well as automated testing, providing feedback to management throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.

• Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.

• Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Full Stack role.
• Proficiency in Node.js, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, JS utility libraries, CSS/Flex/Grid, HTML.
• Knowledge of NodeJs, ExpressJS, Microservice Design Patterns.
• Experience with NoSQL database, MySQL.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing - Jest.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, EC2.
• CI/CD experience and worked on Rest API.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

• Additional relevant skills or qualifications not specified, but any advanced knowledge in cloud computing or advanced database management would be a plus.

Experience
