Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Machine Learning professionals to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will leverage state-of-the-art frameworks to implement scalable solutions, contribute to the growth of our AI capabilities, and drive impactful outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Deploy and manage ML models using MLflow for tracking and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform model development.
• Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes for transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in MLflow for deployment and model management.
• Deep expertise in deep learning with TensorFlow.
• Advanced experience with machine learning using PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of Scikit-learn for classical ML techniques.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning, deep learning, and model deployment.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.

• Work setting: Office-based in Chennai or Bangalore.
• Type: Full-time position.
• Collaborative and fast-paced environment with opportunities to work on challenging AI projects.
• Some roles may offer flexibility for hybrid work arrangements depending on project requirements.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹20,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise.
