Job Summary

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, helping them grow and develop while driving the success of engineering projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring their growth, engagement, and development.
• Collaborate with product and project management to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for architecture, design, and coding.
• Drive project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality code.
• Conduct regular code reviews, foster a collaborative team environment, and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure software development processes are efficient and scalable.
• Mentor engineers, helping them achieve their career goals and stay engaged.
• Monitor performance, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and track the team’s progress.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering management or team leadership.
• Strong experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
