Job Description
Responsibilities

Understand and qualify customer goals, and effectively articulate the organization’s ability to meet these objectives.

Gain and maintain a deep understanding of customers' technical architecture and overall environment.

Collaborate with Account Executives to build and adapt sales strategies for successful engagement with global enterprises.

Support various sales stages, including product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) presentations, RFP responses, and business justifications in a technical pre-sales capacity.

Ensure the success of customer POCs through effective planning, execution, and management of defined success criteria.

Represent customer interests by distilling feedback and insights to cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Maintain awareness of the internal product roadmap and new feature developments; communicate these effectively to customers and share their feedback with internal teams.

Drive improvements in Sales Engineering processes and best practices.

Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, especially in integration and data management.
Requirements

Minimum 9+ years of experience in Presales or Solution Consulting roles.

Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer challenges.

Proven team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

High intellectual curiosity with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Experience working with complex sales cycles and collaborating closely with sophisticated Pre-sales or Sales Engineering teams.

Strong product solutioning capabilities with hands-on experience in SaaS platform integration.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong follow-up capabilities.

Domain knowledge in two or more of the following areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even basic HTML).

Proven ability to influence and improve Sales Engineering or Presales processes and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Background in product development, product management, or technical pre-sales, particularly in areas such as ad platforms, marketing automation, attribution, etc.

Experience with SQL development and optimization.
