Job Summary

The Senior Principal Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Campaign Orchestration Stack, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. This role is pivotal in providing architectural guidance, overseeing project delivery, and fostering innovation within the engineering team, ultimately contributing to the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Application Ownership & Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Campaign Orchestration Stack, including configurations, customization, and integrations.
• Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality implementations.
• Strategic Partnerships & Business Alignment: Work closely with Product Management and key business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and implement automation, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in application design, development, and maintenance; experience with Salesforce and DevOps practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT management or software development methodologies are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on application development and project delivery.

• Work Setting: Hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.
• Location: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
