Job Summary

The Azure/AWS + Firewall + Splunk role is essential for managing and resolving technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and security services. This position expects the candidate to ensure timely responsiveness to client service requests, maintain the functionality of client networks and systems, and deliver satisfactory solutions through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by client end users.
• Provide service requests solutioning while maintaining quality parameters.
• Act as a custodian of the client’s network, server, system, storage, platform, and infrastructure, tracking their proper functioning and upkeep.
• Monitor the number of tickets raised (via dial home, email, chat, IMS), ensuring effective solutioning within the defined resolution timeframe.
• Perform root cause analysis of tickets and create action plans to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide immediate resolution for high-priority tickets/services.
• Install and configure software/hardware requirements as per service requests.
• Adhere to timelines as per the priority of each issue to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations.
• Provide application/user access according to client requirements for timely solutioning.
• Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution stage in alignment with customer-defined resolution times.
• Maintain timely backup of important data and logs to uphold solution quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the on-site team for complex problem resolution, ensuring timely client servicing.
• Review logs gathered by Chat Bots and ensure all service requests/issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Cisco Routing and Switching
  • Proficiency in Azure and AWS platforms
  • Experience with firewalls and Splunk
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT/Networking.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience or certifications in cloud security and infrastructure management would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for service management.

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing Azure/AWS environments, firewall administration, and using Splunk for monitoring and analytics.

Environment

• This role is available PAN India with opportunities for remote or hybrid working environments as applicable.

Salary

• Estimated salary of INR 150,000 per month.
