As a member of the Zluri SDR team, you will, ● Be a critical member of an innovative, fast-paced Sales Team. ● Drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential customers that would benefit from Zluri's solution. ● Be the first point of contact with potential customers to set qualified meetings for a team of Account Executives to Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns. ● Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling. ● Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator, Twitter. ● Respond to inbound customer interest and develop these accounts to create opportunities. ● Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate how Zluri can solve them effectively. ● Achieve and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts, etc.). ● Willing to work on shifts As a member of the Zluri SDR team, you will be a critical member to an innovative fast-paced Sales Team. You will drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential customers that would benefit from Zluri’s solution. You will often be the first point of contact with potential customers with the objective to set qualified meetings for a team of Account Executives. What You’ll Do: ● You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages ● You will be able to quickly research a company, identify opportunities, and strategize an approach to create interest ● You will build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects and to qualify leads as sales opportunities ● You will design and curate personalised, creative emails backed by research snippets and insights to impress and draw the attention of readers and prospects ● You will profile potential prospects based on predetermined criteria ● You will secure qualified meetings between prospects and the Account Executives ● Acquainted to different sales methodologies Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified: ● Master degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business) ● Desire to be in a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression ● Prior experience in B2B Saas product sales roles preferred ● Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role ● Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology ● Have a deep understanding of the role social media plays in business ● Have 1- 5 years in an SDR/BDR role (required) ● You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results ● Comfortable in working for other geographies of the world based out of India. ● Well versed with various SaaS offerings and tools in the market ● Willing to work on shifts
