Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Institutional Sales to manage and grow the institutional sales for domestic brands at Sula. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets while maintaining relationships with key accounts, particularly in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales from key accounts such as Five Star Hotels and Hospitality groups.
  • Ensure achievement of set sales targets while adhering to the monthly marketing budget.
  • Conduct promotions periodically to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities to stay competitive.
  • Follow up for payments from distributors and maintain healthy relationships with them.
  • Prepare and send monthly sales status reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate with relevant experience
  • Experience: 2-4 years in institutional sales, preferably in alco-bev or beverage industry
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Assertive, confident, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing sales for Five Star Hotels and hospitality groups
  • Familiarity with the Indian wine and alco-bev industry

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on sales in the beverage or alco-bev sectors.

Environment

This position is based in Goa and may involve working in various settings, including on-site visits to client locations and hospitality venues.

Salary

  • Offer CTC: ₹5.00 LPA (Includes an 80-20 split) + Other sales benefits
